We'll work with vendors and service providers to make sure their products and services work the way you need them to, and integrate well with whatever you're already using. If it's time to put your catalog of products online, we'll work to make sure the web developers are getting everything they need from the web hosting company, and ensure that it all integrates with your current inventory and billing system.

We'll manage all your support requests and make sure the right people are involved in finding an answer to your problem. So when your electronic payroll system just stops working, you only need to call us. We'll contact the accounting software company, the payroll provider, and anyone else involved as we troubleshoot the problem and make sure the issue is resolved.

Technology Management is provided through retainer, by project bid, or billed hourly. Generally Technology Management is an off-site service, with any on-site service managed by us, but contracted to a local company; however, we offer on-site service to the Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey area.
